Create a big box in GH using "Box 2PT"
Subtract 3 smaller boxes to create the J shape and subtract from the big box.
Explode ("Debrep") the faces of the letter
Problem encountered: a few faces were stacked on top of each other
Adjust number slider attached to "Series" to spread out faces
Bake faces
Select the edges of the faces using "Edge" and "Join" in GH
Bake in GH
Explode the lines in Rhino and edit/offset according to material thicknesses, etc.
Final product
